Bigger tyres Kash at Auckland depo was excellent. Great customer service and advice for our trip. We would fully recommend Indie campers.

A lighter would have been nice to be included and spray oil for Pam’s in kitchen kit.

Excellent accueil, lieu un peu compliqué à trouver en transport mais RAS sur le check in. Excellente expérience avec Indie Campers. Rapport qualité/prix excellent en basse saison. Equipe géniale. Pas de faux semblant, check out fait ensemble. Pour le fonctionnement général, manque un porte téléphone dans le van, un adaptateur pour le tuyau d'eau et pour l'allume cigare. Pour la présentation générale sur site, frais un peu exagérés sur les "surplus" (gaz, draps de lit...). Merci beaucoup pour les services et expériences !

Provide some info about how to get to and from the airport upon reservation, or somewhere on the web. The team at check-in helped a lot with this matter, but only once we got there. I tried on line assistance over this issue but, unfortunately was of no use at alll First of all, be aware that Switzerland is not very friendly towards motorhome users. This would make yor travel somewhat more challenging that usual, more so outside spring and summertime season with many camping sites closed. Bearing that in mind, it's an awesome country to discover, an due to its size, perfect for a motorhome. The roads are neat, drivers extremely polite and respectful, truly followers of the traffic norms. The mountain passes are as easy to overcome as astounding on its beauty. If you can overcome being look at over the shoulder by Porsche and Lamborghini owners every now and them, you will enjoy as ever. Parking and driving around on main cities is totally out off the question. Try and find the P+R parkings on the outside of the city and use their extremely efficient public transport to get in and out of the city centres.

The wipers need to be changed. It made driving in the rain somewhat difficult due to not being able to see properly. As well, a marking for the office would be a huge help. I had to ask the man owning the building perpendicular to the office where it was. Also, a well marked 'before-hours' drop off point would be nice. I had a very early flight(I left the premises at 4am). Perhaps a contact number for questions/emergencies plainly stated somewhere in the van. I needed to call/message about my early drop off, but could find no information about a contact number. Lastly, maybe add it to the checklist to ask what time they depart. Staff was super cool and helpful. Killer Irish accent. Very friendly and personable. All in all, very tiny details that hardly affected the overall experience. If I come back, I'd love to work with you guys again. I also took some video of your van @RyanFlies 😉

Extra cloths and equipments for kitchen, more space around the fridge.

Nic at check-in expert advice, detailed in her explanation of the vehicles functions and even took the time to show us another vehicle model when I was nervous about driving a large RV. She gave great advice about driving the RV so that I felt comfortable. We had a great trip as a result! At Check out, Gerardo was efficient and kind, making sure that we had a great experience. He was similarly detailed and knowledgeable.

Everything was great! John gave us great customer service!

A full tank and a full gas bottle at the start would be nice :) also Flogas Red bottles are quite difficult to find so maybe provide an adapter for Calor. The interior 4 stars is only because the bedsheets had holes in them, otherwise everything was perfect.

Great car (Jeep Wrangler with roof tent) and friendly staff. Longterm rental. Satisfied.

Nuestra experiencia con Indie Campers ha sido muy buena, todo ha funcionado bien y no hemos tenido ningún problema. Todo ha sido perfecto, la camper ha cumplido su función y todo ha funcionado muy bien. En verano repetimos con Indie!

Floors were clean to the eye but made socks black. Would be nice to have cleaner floors. Otherwise bang on, great service.

Awesome guy Dean at the front desk in Melbourne!! Always send a survival kit as in tejp and steel brackets to mend broken poles hence the a bit sad quality in the arb tents poles. Or support poles. My roof pole broke hence to heavy rain and it wasn’t a lot of fun in the middle of the night. The size and function of the tent was awesome. A feature to detach the tent structure from the car would make it even better. H The car rack catches a lot of wind in the 80-90km/h which makes the top rack to go really loud, witch is unfortunate sense the most roads are 80km/h many put a panel up front of the rack to make it go away.

Awesome camper truck for 11 days car camping in NZ South Island. Great customer service throughout the entire process. Would repeat with indie campers no doubt. Fixing the fridge functionality would be the only suggestion.

The van was really high quality with many useful features, it was very comfortable and easy to drive, and was a great way to see more of Scotland.

Would have been nice to know about the Linkt toll app before leaving. And the toilet being able to turn. Otherwise really great service.

Amazing and friendly team, great customer service provided to make our journey as smooth as possible! Vehicle very clean inside and out which was lovely, would say the size of the vehicle differs from the pictures to in real life, we did expect the vehicle to be a lot bigger and when driving down bendy roads the drive didn’t feel great. The services inside the vehicle like the cooker, fridge and tent were amazing and overall we had a great experience with indie campers! Change photos of vehicle to more realistic

We’ve had such a lovely holiday and our experience was immaculate! We were a little bit worried at first reading some of the reviews but everything went well and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

A special handbook for pecularities occuring in the winter while driving, sleeping and not freezing in a Diesel-powered van should be crafted. (s. other side) The two winter nights we slept outside were harsh and without running the engine idly, we would have not made it until the morning in a warm car. A 'particle filter' appeared shortly. Next day, the 4th of January we drove for over 200km, which should have, the mecanic said later, driven the particle overload out of the motor. But the second night was even colder, because of heavy wind thrusts and the snow they carried. In the morning, the alert sign started blinking permanently. Thus, we went to Nykoping VW Partner on Saturday afternoon and made a date with a mecanic on Monday morning. Then, the engine was computer-diagnosed and cleared out for about 2 hours, to work like a new again after the procedure. This szenario could have been evaded would we have had more information about max. idle time for loading the battery, a/o directing drivers to research for poss. open camping sides with active cables that one may pay next day. We could not realize our three-day-trip to Roskilde in the north of Sjaeland, but were lucky with the b&b our Support over whatsapp booked immediately and to our relief. The overall experience was therefor good or even comfortable, with two days of exception.

It would have been useful to have had a longer power cord as on several occasions we could not connect as the cord was quite short and we ended up buying one for €70 (which we left in the van too). Also had issues with water as didn’t have the right connector so bough a watering can to refill. Having the dust pan set was great for cleaning up. Bedding supplied was very basic so had to buy more due to cold weather. We had no mechanical issues with the van, it worked great. A few issues with the interior. For example on pickup told middle draw under sink didn’t close and given a roll of duct tape to hold it shut. Neither fly screen on the side windows worked (stuck and could not be pulled down) which was annoying on hot evenings. Tap in bathroom leaked so stopped using it. The biggest issue was that the toilet stopped flushing with four weeks of our trip to go. The online support team are great and try to help as much as possible - but unfortunately we couldn’t get that fixed on the road and had to work around it.

We had two Californias 30 years ago. As campers they were better built.
